Key Responsibilities-
1- Any 12TH / diploma.
2- Average communication (Written & Oral) skills in English.
3- Should have knowledge of GDS or Amadeus.
4- Must be comfortable for rotational shifts and six days working in a week.
5- Basic computer knowledge with MS-office and effective browsing skills.
6- Handling Customer Queries and Maintain a Healthy Relationships with the Customers
7- Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service
8-Should have the knowledge of ticketing and making PNR.
