Job Title: Team Member –Cash/ Sales
 
Job Location: Store
 
Job Summary: A Team Member is responsible for speedy check out for customers by billing the products and receives the cash/card/coupons as per the process. Reconcile the cash received against the billing and deposit in the cash room. Do upselling and cross selling, educating customers on the promotions/offers available and increase customer satisfaction.
 
Job duties & Responsibilities:
 
? Cleaning of POS machines.
? Receive Opening Balance & stationary required to handle billing from cash room and deposit cash post shift closing.
? Responsible for billing and speedy checkouts.
? Interact with Customers to do up selling and cross selling & to resolve queries/complaints as per the process.
? Issuing of CRM cards & take feedback from customers on the products & services.
? Time to time feedback to TL on the un-scanned articles, wrong MRP’s and Promo updating in POS machines.
 
Job Specification:
 
Qualification: SSC/12th Pass
 
Age: 18 Years – 30 Years
 
Experience: 0-1 year
 
Competencies: Good Communication (local language & English), Enthusiastic, Quick Learner, Hard Working, Selling skills, Customer Service and product knowledge.
