Job responsibilities:
·Manage company’s recruiting learning & development and employee performance programs.
·Create referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
·Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
·Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from concerned person.
·Coorporate tie-ups.
·Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
·Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic interviews
·Arranging for technical interviews and coordinating with the concerned person.
·Candidate should be multitasking & goal oriented.
·Coordinate with HR’s of the companies for vacancies.
Job requirements:
·Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·Knowledge of MS Office.
·Co-ordinate events as necessary
Able to complete complex administrative tasks
Experience:
Fresher’s can apply with good communication skills.
Salary is no bar for deserving candidates.
It will be upto 18k-20k.
